Christina Macritchie, Ciorstaidh Phadruig Mhoir, 7 Aird Uig and 8 Cnìp. Christina was married three times, her first husband, Norman MacDonald, Crowlista died of smallpox, contracted at the east coast fishing, he died some months after their marriage. The villagers were too afraid of catching the disease and wouldn’t go into the house. Christina, then seven months pregnant, and the minister carried the coffin. Her second husband with whom she had three children, Angus MacLean, 6 Cnìp, drowned in Caolas Bhacasaigh, they were en route to Callanish when a squall got up and the boat capsized. Her third husband was Duncan Macleod with whom she had a further five children.
